We will work around your normal business hours as far as is reasonably possible, in order to reduce the impact of the works on your staff, clients and working environment.
If you are a block manager or landlord, we will help you to schedule all of the programmed maintenance to avoid unnecessary, expensive and disruptive work that can impact on your returns. We will always endeavour to fix the root of the issue rather than treat the symptoms, as the latter only ever defers the problem and costs more to put right in the long term. We are happy to take instruction from surveyors and will arrange access directly with residents and tenants, keeping all involved parties aware of progress.
