If you require work to be tendered, a practical working solution to a building problem, design development, or a company to take responsibility for delivering a bespoke solution from brief to completion, we will assist in a way that ensures all interested parties remain informed and working towards a common goal.
We have an in-house Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Building Surveyor and an architecturally trained interior designer who can help with design development and final specification on fixtures, fittings and finishes.
To help arrive at a final scope, we can provide budget costs on scheme proposals for a small fee, which we will refund against the costs of any project awarded. Sometimes a scheme has to be costed, adapted and value engineered to meet a client’s budget and get the most from what they have to spend.
With our extensive knowledge and experience in refurbishments, we can help drill down the final specification by spending time with a client, providing examples, samples and advice on performance, suitability, cost and the durability of their choices.
